The project is located on a city block adjacent to the transit corridor in the downtown
core of San Diego.
It consists of a 368 foot high, 36 story tower with a total of 241
residential units surrounded by four levels of apartments and townhomes along the street front.
Three levels of underground parking will create 450 car stalls. The design of the tower is
aimed to keep a slender profile with a setback at level 29 to provide open view corridors.
