The project is located on a city block adjacent to the transit corridor in the downtown core of San Diego. It consists of a 35 story tower with a total of 295 residential units surrounded by a five level podium with retail at street level with apartments and townhomes above. Five levels of underground parking will provide 512 car stalls. The project has two residential skygardens and extensive landscaped roof areas.
