The proposed development concept is comprised of street-fronting mixed use commercial and townhouse buildings on Holdom Avenue, live/work townhousing fronting Goring Street, and two high-rise condominium towers on the interior of the site. Along the northern edge of the property, the proposal includes a buffer space to the adjacent light-rail, which involves urban trail development, and a community amenity building, a major public plaza.
